NY Tech Meetup
This week, we attended one of the largest events for tech in New York City— The NY Tech Meetup! About once every month, the tech community here gathers in a large auditorium to present demos of up and coming tech startups in the city.
Featured at the event was Leasebreak, an online platform for people who can’t stay in their rental for the duration of their lease and need someone to take it over. Kollecto, a platform for people to find personalized art decoration recommendations, also presented. Lyft presented as well, the well-known Uber competitor for transportation.
As far as our personal favorites go, we were intrigued by Listenloop: a platform that allows you to monitor user activity on your website, obtain product feedback, lead scoring for sales & marketing, and personalize customer support.
With so many brands leveraging early-stage technology to gather insights about customer behavior, we definitely know the need Listenloop is trying to address, and how high-traffic e-commerce giants (i.e., Staples and Amazon) could benefit from their technology. However, with so many similar startups crowding the CRM & customer service space, it can be hard to differentiate – so we’d love to learn more about what this promising company brings to the table.
Do you think Listenloop has what it takes to stand out? Tweet us your thoughts @evol8tion, and follow the Listenloop team here.
