Appsessed: Peership

Appsessed: Peership

Online shopping is one of America’s favorite past times. From sites like EBay and Amazon to the newfound virtual holiday, Cyber Monday, America is addicted! The one hurdle many shoppers face is having to pay shipping or courier fees. These fees have been reduced thanks to Peership!

Peership is a social shipping and delivery app that allows you to request and deliver items to other Facebook users within the same city. Peership lets you accept items around you and directs you to their pickup location. Once the items are picked up the app directs you to the delivery location. Peership can be used for food, clothes, and many other items. All payments are completed through the app so you get paid automatically.

Delivery services have been on the rise recently. You can get food fromSeamless, Packages from Uber, and Alcohol from Minibar.  With so many competitors, we believe that Peership could focus on the older generations to broaden its market. We propose a partnership between Peership and pharmaceutical giants CVS or Walgreens. The retail pharmacy would have medicine delivered to their patients and in return Peership would introduce its service to new consumers.

You can download Peership on iTunes here on Android here and don’t forget to like them on Facebook here.
